Workstocker Model 850

By supplying parts to a robot-tended machine tool, the Model 850 Workstocker frees operators to perform more valuable tasks. The workstocker elevates parts to a constant fixed position for unloading by a robot or other automation equipment. The device can be used to store finished parts (i.e. can be loaded with a robot.) 

Operation

• The operator loads parts to each post.
• The dial table indexes to unloading station.
• Stack lifts to present top part to automation.
• The automation picks a part and loads/unloads a machining center.
• A self-contained lift device presents a new part to the automation until a post is empty.
• The lifter retracts, dial indexes, repeat.

• 8 storage stations (ID tooling & OD tooling/with or without orientation)
• 20” useable storage height per station
• 50 lb. lifting capacity per station
• All electric operation
• Safety guarding with interlocking switch disables table rotation when loading door is open
• Fiber optic sensor at top of travel
• PLC controlled (Can be controlled by robot or other machine controller. Consult factory.)
• Leveling pads and hardware

• Quick change tooling
• Machined parts can be returned to the workstocker for operator unloading in lieu of exit belt conveyor
