Robotic Tray Loading Model TL200

The ACE Model TL200 Tray Loader is a flexible small parts handling system used for palletizing delicate parts onto carbon, ceramic or graphite trays prior to firing in a furnace.  This system uses the latest in 6-axis robot technology to provide years of trouble-free service.

  • FANUC LR Mate 200iC 6-axis robot with controller and color teach pendant
  • 300mm Square or 300mm x 350mm long trays
  • Mechanical gripper and vacuum tooling included with part sensing
  • Machine tool quality base with sheet metal guarding and operator viewing windows
  • 12" color touch screen operator interface
  • Tray conveyors with storage 3 full/3 empty trays
  • Up to 20 parts per minute (no weighing)

  • Press fill compensation includes servo belt driven actuator and user selectable compensation scaling
  • Auto-change tooling with tool rack. (Required for automated die punch cleaning)
  • Servo rotary. Used for radial part orientation during placement
  • Sample part disc
  • Machine Riser (required for taller press installations)
  • Other tray sizes available up to 300mm x 450mm
  • Ethernet connection for remote factory support
