Automated Cells & Equipment specializes in the use of Fanuc robotics and can utilize either standard cell components or custom build a solution to fit your specific requirements. We can provide palletizing solutions for bag, box or virtually anything that needs to be stacked on a pallet.

	Bag Palletizer Model BP2000 The Model BP2000 robotic bag palletizing cell is shown palletizing bags of wood pellets onto a GMA wooden pallet. Completed pallets are removed by fork truck from the cell.
	Bag Palletizer Model BP The Model BP robotic bag palletizing cell is shown palletizing bags of wood pellets onto a wooden pallet located on a fixed table. Completed pallets are removed by fork truck from the cell.
	Random Order Palletizer FANUC ROP The FANUC Random Order Palletizing cell is shown palletizing cases of various sizes onto a pallet forming a mixed case order for shipment to the end customer.
	Robotic Palletizer One In/One Out The picture shows a robotic palletizing cell with one input conveyor for incoming product and one output conveyor for palletized product. The cell is palletizing cased product onto standard GMA pallets. Tier sheets are placed in between layers of product during the palletizing cycle. 	Robotic Palletizer Two In/Two Out The picture shows a robotic palletizing cell with two input conveyors for incoming product and two output conveyors for palletized product. The cell is palletizing plastic pails onto Euro pallets and cased product onto standard GMA pallets. Tier sheets are placed in between layers of product during the palletizing cycle. 	Robotic Palletizer Five In Five Out The picture shows an Automated Cells & Equipment robotic palletizing cell with five input conveyors for incoming product and five output conveyors for palletized product. The cell is palletizing various size cases onto GMA, CHEP, iGPS pallets. The robot handles all product and pallets making this a very cost effective as well as efficient palletizing cell.
