ACE Model 220 Robotic Sizing Press Automation

Robotic Coining Press Automation Model 220

The Model 220 provides the automated loading and unloading of a sizing/coining presses. The cell can be configured to provide load only or both load and unload operations. Die lube can be applied as an option to the part prior to insertion into the press. Dial or direct load are available configurations.

ACE Model 100A Robotic Furnace Loader

Robotic Furnace Loader Model 100A

The Model 100A provides unattended part loading of a sinter furnace. This cell was configured with a magnetic gripper and a part deflashing station. The part was deflashed prior to stacking on the sinter furnace belt.

ACE Model 100A Robotic Furnace Loader

Robotic Furnace Loader Model 100A

This Model 100A furnace loader is provided with an automatic part buffering system which allowed the mold press to be decoupled from the sinter furnace.

ACE Custom Dial Drill Machine

Custom Dial Drill Machine

This machine was created to drill soft/green powder metal parts automatically prior to sintering. An indexing dial is used with multiple drilling and deburring stations.

ACE Model IL Deburr Machine

Deburring Machine Model IL

This Model IL uses a dial type index table to bring soft/green powder metal parts through a top and bottom part deburring process.

ACE Model 366 Dual Furnace Unload System

Dual Furnace Unload System Model 366

This sinter furnace unload system consisted of two Model 366 Mag Unloaders and ceramic plate handling equipment. Parts and ceramic plates were sent back to the front end of the furnace. The ceramic plates were reintroduced to an automatic furnace loading system and the finshed parts were inspected and packed out.

ACE Custom Deburring Machine

Deburring Machine Model IL

This custom deburring machine uses a rotary pick and place to moves parts through the deburring process. Various brushes are used to remove flash from the top and bottom of soft/green powder metal parts.

Robotic Tray Loader Model TL

This simple low cost solution provides pick and place simplicity to a powder metal press for small parts handling. This concept is ideal for small parts that need to be organized and spaced closely on a ceramic or graphic tray for sintering.

ACE Model 220 Robotic Sizing Press Automation

Robotic Coining Press Automation Model 220

This cell includes a large buffer table for long unattended times as well as a dip station for coating parts with die lube prior to direct insertion into the press cavity. Parts are oriented using FANUC iRVision prior to placement into the press die.

ACE Model GL Gantry Loader and AT36 Accumulation Tables

Gantry Loader Model GL

The Model GL shown here has a dual part infeed for high volume furnace loading. Two Model AT36 Rotary Accumulation tables are also shown and providec for part overflow and bypass operations.

ACE Model TL200 Robotic Tray Loader

Robotic Tray Loader Model TL200

Here the Model TL200 is shown mated up to a Dorst 35 ton mold press. The tray handling conveyors shown swing away for quick easy access to the mold press die area.

ACE Model TL200 Robotic Tray Loader

Robotic Tray Loader Model TL200

The Model TL200's small footprint provides the ideal solution for unloading and traying small parts from a mold press. The TL200 has many different tools available to pick even the most demanding of small parts. Automated die punch cleaning and 100 percent or intermittent part weighing is also available to assure your parts are of the highest quality and consistency.
