Furnace Unload Automation Model 366

The Model  366 Mag Unloader provides automatic unloading of metal (ferrous) parts from any furnace belt or other moving conveyor.* When a row of parts is detected, the unloader automatically lowers to the pick position. The parts are then magnetically attracted to the unloader belt. Once the parts are on the belt, the mag unloader lifts and then discharges the parts onto an outfeed conveyor.

*Parts must be presented to unloader in a straight line. This line may be perpendicular across the belt or at an angle. 

Features

• Part pick height adjustable via hand crank with quick release lock.
• Linear scale allows visual check for set up height.
• Extruded aluminum guarding with vinyl coated wire mesh panels.  Front swing up door complete with lift assists and safety interlock switch provides access to the unloader.
• Air-operated lift section includes bell-crank stabilization and heavy-duty mounted bearings for reliable operation.  
• Lift section is counterbalanced to automatically raise the unloader in case of loss of power or air.
• Heavy-duty structural tube frame construction.
• Part and jam detection functions include through beam photo eyes.  Eyes mounted to turret style guarding and customer-supplied furnace.
• AB PLC controls package, including free standing control panel with manual controls in door and 20' long connection cables.
