Robot Tech Support
Our technical staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with any questions or problems with your system. In the event of a robot failure, we will dispatch service technicians to diagnose and repair the equipment as quickly as possible.

Preventive Maintenance
Automated Cells & Equipment performs annual preventive maintenance service for our customers. Our technicians will perform the following routine maintenance on your robots:

• Change lubricants
• Change batteries
• Clean robot arm
• Clean controller
• Check voltage levels
• Measure repeatability
• Backup all application programming
• Fill out service report and review with maintenance staff

The preventive maintenance takes approximately four hours per robot to complete.

Installation Supervision and Startup Assistance
Our technicians travel to your site to supervise installation and provide startup assistance.
