FANUC M-20iA Palletizing Aluminum Disks

The FANUC M-20iA is a very versatile 6-axis robot. This application shows machine tending with some additional features added to the cell. The robot has an on-board camera for locating the tote, a mechanical gripper for handling the aluminum disk and a vacuum tool for handling the tier sheets. Tier sheets are placed between each completed layer of parts. A washer with integrated blow-off is also used within this cell to clean the aluminum disks after they are removed from the machine tool.
